What about the green/blue checks?

Dental practices don't currently qualify for Google Screened. Google Screened was extended to some healthcare categories in pilot programs, but general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery aren't in the eligible list as of 2026. (We track this — if Google adds dental to Screened, we'll move fast on the application.) For now, the trust signal that moves dental discovery is review volume + practitioner Person schema with credentials, both of which we run as part of the retainer.

Do you understand HIPAA?

How fast can I see new patients from this?

Google Business Profile optimization can drive new patient calls inside 30 days. Organic SEO takes 90–180 days to fully compound. A realistic first-year expectation: 2–5 new patients/month attributable to our work, growing from there.

Can you help with ads too?

Yes — Google Search Ads and Google Local Services Ads work well for dental practices with a clear lifetime value number. Meta ads work less well for dental than for fitness or restaurants. We'll recommend what's worth running for your practice specifically.

What about specialty practices (ortho, pediatric, oral surgery)?

Happy to work with specialists. The specificity actually helps — 'pediatric dentist Greenville' is less competitive than 'dentist Greenville' and converts better. We'll structure the site around your specialty without pretending you're a general practice.
