For agents, teams, and small brokerages

Build an audience. Own your market.

Real estate agents and teams — we build websites, neighborhood SEO pages, and lead-nurture systems that make you the obvious local authority in the towns where you actually close deals.

The problem

Why the internet is working against you.

01

Every agent has the same Wix template

Your broker's 'free website' looks identical to 40,000 other agents'. Every one of you is fighting for the same clients with the same template. Differentiation starts with a site that's actually yours.

02

Lead forms fill up with junk

Zillow leads cost $50–200 each and most are tire-kickers. A site built for quality — with neighborhood pages, school content, and real expertise — attracts pre-qualified buyers and sellers.

03

You're competing with Zillow and Realtor.com for your own listings

When someone Googles your listing address, Zillow outranks you — and captures the lead. We can't beat Zillow on SERP position, but we can capture the local-authority searches they don't.

What we deliver

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Every service below is tuned for real estate specifically — not a generic marketing stack bent to fit.

An agent/team website with actual personality

Bio, listings, reviews, neighborhood content — in your voice, not your broker's.

Most agent sites are interchangeable. We build yours around what makes you different — which neighborhoods you know, what kind of buyer or seller you work best with, and what your actual track record looks like.

Included
  • Agent/team bios with real photos + story
  • IDX integration (listings auto-sync)
  • Neighborhood pages for your farm area
  • Review + testimonial integration

Neighborhood-level SEO

Rank for '[neighborhood] homes for sale' — hyperlocal, where competition is thinner.

You won't outrank Zillow for 'homes for sale in NC'. You can outrank Zillow for 'Oakwood School District homes' or 'Uptown Greenville condos' — we build the neighborhood pages that win these niche queries.

Included
  • Neighborhood + school district landing pages
  • Schema: RealEstateAgent + RealEstateListing
  • Citations on realtor directories
  • Monthly neighborhood ranking reports

Google Business Profile for agents

Yes, agents need this. Most don't have one set up right.

Agent GBPs convert at shocking rates because the profile gets served for 'real estate agent near me' searches — and most agents have a blank profile. We build yours out properly.

Included
  • Agent/team profile optimization
  • Service area configuration
  • Review generation from past clients
  • Weekly posts: new listings, sold properties

Lead nurture that doesn't feel automated

Email drips + content that keeps you top-of-mind without being cringey.

Real estate is a 6-18 month sales cycle. Whoever stays useful over those 18 months wins the deal. We help you build a nurture system with market updates, neighborhood content, and seasonal check-ins that actually get opened.

Included
  • Email nurture system setup
  • Monthly market update template
  • Neighborhood content calendar
  • CRM integration (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot)

Google trust badges

You qualify for Google Screened.

★ Real-estate agents qualify for Google Screened. The blue check in LSA results is a meaningful trust signal in a category where fraud and misrepresentation are real concerns. Mainsail handles the application, the license verification submissions, and the LSA setup as part of onboarding when you're on the ad-management retainer. NOTE: Google Screened for agents is one of the highest-ROI visibility plays available in real-estate marketing right now — most local agents haven't bothered to apply, so the badge alone is differentiation.

Google Screened
Blue check next to your name in Local Services Ads + Google Maps
What Google requires
  • Active real-estate license (state DRE / NCREC verification)
  • Professional background check on the agent
  • No formal complaints or disciplinary actions on file with the state board
  • Active Google Local Services Ads account (verification ties to the LSA campaign)
Mainsail handles it

We process the application, the verifications, and the LSA setup as part of onboarding.

The Google Screened application is paperwork-heavy and Google's review process is opaque. When you're on the ad-management retainer, we walk it through with you — license submissions, background checks, insurance proofs, and the LSA campaign that surfaces the badge in search results. The badge alone has tracked conversion lifts of 20-40% in eligible categories.

Common questions

What you're probably asking.

Aren't you basically competing with what my broker provides?

Kind of, yes. Your broker's site works fine for compliance and listing syndication. It won't help you differentiate. Clients pick agents, not brokerages, and a differentiated site is how you compete against the agent down the hall with the same template.

How does IDX integration work?

We integrate with the major IDX providers (RealGeeks, kvCORE, IDX Broker, Showcase IDX) so your listings auto-sync to your site. You don't maintain inventory manually.

What if I change brokerages?

Your domain, your content, your email list — all yours. When you change brokerages, we update the brokerage affiliation in one place and everything keeps working. One of the reasons to have your own site rather than just your broker's.

I'm a solo agent. Is this too expensive for me?

$400/mo × 12 = $4,800/year. If our work helps you close one extra transaction in that year at $8,000-15,000 commission, it pays for itself several times over. If it doesn't, the cancel-anytime terms exist for a reason.
